I'm having trouble placing an order on the site.

Contact our customer service so that they can unblock the situation. You can also try changing browsers or using private browsing. Maybe cookies are slowing down the progress of your browsing.

I emailed customer service but haven't heard back yet.

Our customer service is responsive and undertakes to respond within 48 to 72 working hours after receipt of your e-mail, excluding public holidays, weekends and holiday periods (announced on the website). If you do not have an answer after this time : either our team is slowed down due to a high number of e-mails and we are sorry, or we have not received your request. In both cases, please write to us again and clearly identify the nature of your request in the subject of your e-mail (eg order number #### - Order tracking problem).
