What are the shipping costs?
Delivery is free in France from 100€ of purchase. Shipping costs are different depending on the weight of the package and the destination. All prices are offered at the "delivery" stage after having filled in your postal information. Shipping costs start at 6€95.
How do I get free delivery?

Where can I have my order delivered?
At the "Delivery" stage, you can choose your delivery method: at home (Colissimo with or without signature or Chronopost) or at a Mondial Relay collection point (the choice of collection point is made just after payment).
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times depend on the delivery method chosen as well as the region or country of destination. For information, orders placed before noon are processed the same day by our logistics department. Once prepared, your orders are delivered to La Poste or its subsidiaries (Colissimo, Chronopost) or to Mondial Relay depending on what you have selected. A delivery in Metropolitan France or Belgium takes an average of 2 to 3 working days. Orders destined for foreign countries will also be sent by La Poste or its subsidiaries or DHL and processed by their local partner.
I contacted NOOANCE to follow up on my order, why didn't I get an answer
Our customer service is responsive and undertakes to respond within 48 to 72 working hours after receipt of your e-mail, excluding public holidays, weekends and holiday periods (announced on the website). If you do not have an answer after this time: either our team is slowed down due to a high number of e-mails and we are sorry, or we have not received your request. In both cases, please write to us again and clearly identify the nature of your request in the subject of your e-mail.
(e.g. order number #### - Order tracking problem).
Why haven't I received my order yet?
Several reasons can explain an extension of the time of reception of your order, such as for example:
- A slowdown in the preparation of orders during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.
- A slowdown in transport during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, etc.
- A problem during delivery (address not found, lost parcel, stolen parcel, torn shipping label, etc.)
- An order blocked in customs (for orders outside the EU and DOM TOM)
Shipping issues are beyond our control and unfortunately we have no control over them. However, please contact the customer service email@example.com who will be able to launch investigations and do their best to resolve the situation. Do I risk customs fees or additional taxes upon delivery?
For all orders destined for European Union countries, taxes are included in the price of the products. No customs fees will be requested by the carrier upon delivery. For all orders destined for countries outside the EU, DOM-TOM and principalities, customs fees may be requested at the time of delivery. In the event of a return, we will not be able to reimburse these additional costs.
What are the return conditions?
You have a right of return of fourteen days from receipt of your order to return any unsuitable item and request an exchange or refund (with the exception of return costs which remain your responsibility). The right of withdrawal can be exercised with our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org or directly from our website in the "Contact us" section. Returns must be made in their original and complete condition, allowing them to be resold in new condition . Any opened or damaged product will not be taken back. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received. Either by re-crediting the consumer's credit card or PayPal account, or by bank transfer depending on the method of payment for the order.
