What are the payment options available ?
On Nooance-paris.com you can pay for your order by credit card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex / CB), by Paypal (in one installment or 4 installments free of charge) or even in 3 installments free of charge with Klarna.
Are the payments secure?
Yes, your banking information is never in our possession even if you choose to save your payment data in order to facilitate your purchases. Your transactions are systematically processed by secure payment modules from our partners Mollie and Paypal.
Can I pay for my order in installments?
Yes, you can pay for your order in 4 installments free of charge via Paypal or in 3 installments free of charge via Klarna. Thanks to this payment in installments, you can spread your purchase over 3 or 4 identical monthly installments (the first monthly installment being debited on the day of purchase, the other 2 or 3 at month+1, month+2 and month+3) .
I can't pay in installments on Paypal.
Paypal is a payment platform where payments in installments free of charge are subject to several conditions (being the holder of a Paypal account, not having a dispute in progress, etc.) independent of the NOOANCE site. If you encounter a problem or you do not have access to payment in 4 installments free of charge, we invite you to contact their customer service at 0186995653 available from 09:00 to 19:30 from Monday to Friday.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
No, once your order has been placed, you can no longer cancel or modify it alone. All orders placed on weekdays before noon are prepared and sent the same day (except in exceptional cases: out of stock, pre-order, public holiday, etc.).
After receipt of your order, if you wish to cancel your order you will have 14 days to return the products to us (at your expense) provided that they are in perfect condition and like new (unused, unopened, etc. ). Upon receipt, they will be checked. As soon as the control is validated, we will be able to launch the refund procedure on the means of payment used. How to use a coupon code ?
You can use a promo code at the "Payment" step. A "discount code" insert is available under the basket summary. In this insert, you can write your promotional code and validate it. If the promotional code is still active, the reduction will be calculated automatically in the summary of your basket. Be careful to do this step before paying. How do I know if my order is validated?
When your order is validated, a confirmation email containing the number of your order as well as the summary of your basket is sent.
