I received the wrong product, what should I do?

We invite you to contact our customer service to organize together the return of the package and the replacement of the product. In this specific case, deliveries (return + new shipment) will be at NOOANCE's expense. A return form will be sent to you by e-mail. You will have to print it, stick it on the package and drop off the package at a relay point or La Poste following the instructions provided.
