What payment methods are accepted?
On Nooance-paris.com you have the option to pay for your order by credit card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex / CB), Paypal (in one payment or 4 installments without fees), or in 3 installments without fees with Klarna.
Are payments secure?
Yes, your banking information is never in our possession even if you choose to save your payment details to facilitate your purchases. Your transactions are always processed by secure payment modules from our partners Mollie and Paypal.
Can I pay for my order in installments?
Yes, you can pay for your order in 4 installments without fees via Paypal or in 3 installments without fees via Klarna. With this payment option, you can spread your purchase over 3 or 4 equal monthly payments (the first payment is debited on the day of purchase, the other 2 or 3 at month+1, month+2, and month+3).
I can't pay in installments on Paypal.
Paypal is a payment platform where installment payments without fees are subject to several conditions (having a Paypal account, no ongoing disputes, etc.) independent of the NOOANCE site. If you encounter a problem or cannot access the 4-installment payment without fees, we invite you to contact their customer service at 0186995653, available from 9:00 am to 7:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
No, once your order is placed, you can no longer cancel or modify it on your own. All orders placed on weekdays before noon are prepared and shipped the same day (except in exceptional cases: out of stock, pre-order, public holiday, etc.).
After receiving your order, if you wish to cancel it, you will have 14 days to return the products to us (at your own expense) provided they are in perfect condition and like new (unused, unopened, etc.). Upon receipt, they will be inspected. Once the inspection is approved, we will be able to initiate the refund process on the payment method used. How do I use a promo code?
You can use a promo code at the "Payment" step. A "discount code" box is available below the cart summary. In this box, you can enter your promotional code and validate it. If the promotional code is still active, the discount will be automatically applied in your cart summary. Be sure to complete this step before paying. If you encounter a problem, please contact our customer service bonjour@nooance-paris.com. Our customer service is responsive and commits to replying within 48 to 72 business hours after receiving your email.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
When your order is confirmed, a confirmation email containing your order number and cart summary is sent. You can also find the details of your order in your account under my orders. Didn’t receive the summary? Write to us at bonjour@nooance-paris.com, and we will check the status of your order with you.
Puis-je passer une commande en précommande ?
Oui. Certains produits sont disponibles en précommande lorsque leur fabrication n'est pas encore finalisée. Le paiement est débité immédiatement. Vous pouvez annuler votre précommande à tout moment avant l'expédition, sans frais, en nous contactant via le formulaire de contact. En cas d'annulation, le remboursement intégral est effectué sans délai sur le moyen de paiement utilisé.
