How do I create a customer account?
Click on the "My Account" icon at the top right of the site. Enter your email address, fill in the requested information, and confirm. A confirmation email will be sent to you after creation.
How do I change my password?
There is no password. Authentication is done by entering a unique code sent by email.
How do I change my delivery address or personal information?
Log in to your "My Account" area, then go to the "Addresses" or "Personal Information" section to make your changes. If you have difficulties, contact our customer service via the contact form.
How do I view my order history?
Log in to your "My Account" area, then go to the "My Orders" section. There you will find details of all your past orders, their status, and any downloadable invoices.
How does the referral program work?
