In which countries does NOOĀNCE deliver?

NOOĀNCE ships worldwide: mainland France, overseas territories, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, South America, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Oceania. Some areas may be temporarily excluded for regulatory or logistical reasons.

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen delivery method and your destination. They are provided as an indication at the time of order. In all cases, delivery in France takes place within a maximum of 30 days from the confirmation of your order.

  • Mainland France: 2 to 3 business days on average.
  • Europe: 3 to 5 business days on average.
  • International: varies by destination, indicated at the time of payment.
What are the delivery fees?

The fees applicable to your order are clearly displayed before confirming your cart. They depend on the selected delivery method and your destination. In France, delivery is free for purchases over €100.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly via the carrier.

Are there any customs fees or additional taxes?

For orders delivered to mainland France and the European Union, no customs fees apply. Taxes are included in the price.

For orders destined for overseas territories and countries outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may apply. Thanks to our partner Global-e, these potential fees are calculated and displayed in your cart summary before payment, with two options:

  • Pay taxes directly at the time of order to receive your package without fees upon delivery.
  • Do not pay them in advance: they may be requested by the carrier upon delivery.

Customs duties collected by local authorities cannot be refunded in case of return.

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

Several reasons may explain a delay: high demand (Black Friday, Christmas), delivery issues (incorrect address, package held in customs, etc.). Contact our customer service via the contact form with your order number. Our team will launch an investigation and always find a solution.

I contacted NOOĀNCE about my order tracking but received no response.

Our customer service commits to respond within 48 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, and announced closure periods on the site. If you do not receive a response after this period, please write to us again via the contact form, specifying the nature of your request and your order number in the subject line (e.g., "No.12345 — order tracking").

How are your packages prepared and secured?

Each NOOĀNCE order undergoes a rigorous preparation process before shipment. Each product is individually checked before packing. The package is then weighed and photographed before sealing; this data is recorded in our logistics system and serves as an objective record of the contents at the time of dispatch.

Upon pickup by the carrier, a second weighing is performed. The match between the two weights allows us to certify that the package was sent in the expected condition.

How is delivery secured?

For deliveries in France, NOOĀNCE uses the Colissimo system with a confidential code. This code, communicated only to you as the recipient, must be given to the delivery person to receive your package. This system, presented by La Poste as tamper-proof, offers a delivery traceability superior to a standard signature.

This level of security allows us, in case of dispute, to have objective elements to handle each case seriously in the interest of our customers.
