Frequently asked questions

What are the two types of modes?

The FlexiDome Pro offers two modes to address different skin needs:

Anti-Aging Mode : Uses red light (633 nm) and infrared (830 nm) to stimulate collagen production, improve elasticity, and promote cell renewal.

Clear Skin Mode : Combines red light (633 nm) and blue light (415 nm) to treat blemishes.

Which mode is best suited for my skin?

The choice of mode depends on your goals:

Anti-Aging Mode: to reduce the appearance of signs of aging, such as wrinkles and loss of firmness. This mode supports natural collagen production and improves overall skin quality.

Clear Skin Mode: for skin prone to blemishes. This mode targets the appearance of skin irregularities and helps improve texture and evenness.

If you’re unsure between the two modes, you can alternate according to your current needs.

These effects are based on scientific data available on photobiomodulation at these wavelengths. Results are gradual and vary by individual.

What are the benefits of the FlexiDome Pro?

The FlexiDome Pro addresses several visible aspects of the skin:

Skin appearance: helps reduce the look of wrinkles and improves skin firmness and elasticity.

Radiance and evenness: promotes a brighter, more even complexion.

Blemishes: helps reduce the appearance of blemishes and improves overall skin condition.

These effects are based on scientific data available on photobiomodulation at these wavelengths. Results are gradual and vary by individual.

Is blue light dangerous to use?

Blue light can be safe when used properly and with adequate protection. In the case of the FlexiDome Pro, wearing protective glasses is mandatory when using mode 2 with blue light (415 nm) to avoid any risk to the eyes. When used appropriately, it effectively treats blemishes by targeting the responsible bacteria, and is safe for the skin.

Is it dangerous if it touches my skin?

No, there is no immediate risk if the FlexiDome Pro comes into contact with the skin. However, for optimal results and safe use, it is recommended to maintain a distance of 5 to 7 cm. This distance ensures that the 10-minute session takes place under optimal safety and effectiveness conditions.

Is the FlexiDome Pro portable?

No, the FlexiDome Pro is not portable. It must be used plugged into a power outlet to ensure the power needed for its effectiveness. Its use is therefore fixed, but this ensures optimal results during each session.

How long should I use the FlexiDome Pro?

We recommend using the FlexiDome Pro for 30 minutes per week, divided into 3 sessions of 10 minutes each.

Do I need glasses to use the FlexiDome Pro?

The FlexiDome Pro offers two light modes. In mode 1, which uses red and infrared lights, there is no risk to the eyes. In fact, some scientific studies even suggest these lights might help slow vision decline, although further research is needed to confirm these benefits.

However, in mode 2, where red and blue lights are combined, it is essential to wear protective glasses when blue light is active, as it can be harmful to the eyes without proper protection.

Can I use the FlexiDome Pro if I am pregnant?

Due to precautionary principles and restrictions on testing with pregnant or breastfeeding women in France, we advise against using the FlexiDome Pro during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For specific questions, it is always best to consult your doctor.

Can I use the FlexiDome Pro longer than the recommended time?

There is no danger in using the FlexiDome Pro beyond the recommended time, but beyond a certain point, your skin will not benefit further from extended use. We therefore advise following the instructions in the manual for the best results.

Can I use Nooance LED masks simultaneously?

Yes, it is perfectly possible to use the LED masks simultaneously, with no contraindications.

However, it is important to note that maximum effectiveness is reached after 30 minutes for the FlexiDome Pro and the Professional mask, 50 minutes for the ACCESS+ mask, and 30 to 60 minutes for the Multi-Function Mask. Beyond these durations, while additional sessions are not harmful, they become unnecessary as cells become saturated and gain no further benefit.

What is the difference between the FlexiDome Pro and the Multi-Function Mask?

To learn the detailed differences between the FlexiDome Pro and Nooance LED masks, please consult the comparison chart. It provides all information on the features and benefits of each model.
