FAQ: Order and payment
What payment methods are accepted?
On nooance-paris.com, you can pay for your order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna (3 installments without fees), Shop Pay, or with a NOOĀNCE gift card. NOOĀNCE gift cards and credits issued by our customer service are also accepted.
Are payments secure?
Yes. NOOĀNCE neither collects nor stores your banking data. All your transactions are processed directly and exclusively by our secure payment providers. Your banking information never passes through our servers.
Can I pay for my order in installments?
Yes, two options are available: 3 installments without fees via Klarna, or via PayPal depending on your account conditions. These organizations alone decide on the acceptance of the application, independently of NOOĀNCE. If refused, you can pay in one installment by credit card or Apple Pay.
I can't complete my installment payment.
If Klarna or PayPal refuse your request, it depends on their own acceptance criteria, independent of NOOĀNCE. For any questions, contact their respective customer service. You can also pay in one installment by credit card or Apple Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders placed on weekdays before noon are prepared and shipped the same day, which does not allow us to modify them once confirmed. If you want to cancel, contact us via the contact form as soon as possible. After receipt, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, see the "Return" tab.
How do I use a promo code?
At the "Payment" step, enter your code in the "Discount code" box located under the summary of your cart, then validate. The discount applies automatically if the code is active. Remember to enter your code before confirming your order.
How can I confirm my order was successfully placed?
A confirmation email summarizing your order and its number is sent to you immediately after validation. You can also find the details of your orders in your "My Account" area. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us via the contact form.
Can I place a pre-order?
Yes. Some products are available for pre-order when their production is not yet finalized. Payment is charged immediately. You can cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment, free of charge, by contacting us via the contact form. In case of cancellation, a full refund is made without delay to the payment method used.
