Before using your roller, start by cleansing your face. For a more comfortable massage, you can apply a few drops of your favorite serum or oil, which will ease movements and enhance the benefits of the massage.

Begin at the center of the face: place the roller in the middle of the forehead and gently roll it outward, applying light pressure. Repeat this motion across the entire forehead, gradually moving down toward the temples.

Continue with the cheeks and chin. Glide the roller from the nose to the ears to massage the cheeks, then make upward movements along the jawline for the chin, following the natural shape of the face.

After each use, clean the roller with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly before storing. This simple ritual provides a sensation of freshness and lightness, leaving the skin visibly more radiant and toned.
