A very high density LED network
Photobiomodulation results depend on the coverage of the LED array. LED density is crucial to ensure the best results. The ELITE X600 LED face mask incorporates a 600 LED array into its 3D biomimetic architecture, ensuring unprecedented coverage. Every millimeter of the entire face and submandibular area is perfectly covered.
An optical beam optimized to the 3D conformation of the face
L The biomimetic 3D architecture has made it possible to develop the first high-density LED array perfectly calibrated to the 3D topography of the face. Each LED in the ELITE X600 mask is oriented perpendicular to the skin, guaranteeing optimal transmission of light beams regardless of the area of the face (nose, mandibular angle, eye contour, etc.).
Exceptional LED technology at the nanoscale
The ELITE X600 mask is equipped with 600 dual-core LEDs : 300 LEDs at 830 ± 2 nm and 300 LEDs at 633 ± 2 nm. This high optical precision ( ± 2 nm) is associated with the record irradiance of 50 mw/cm 2 allowing maximum energy transmission at 830 and 633 nm.
This allows for optimal absorption of photons by mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase in the respiratory chain. ATP (adenosine triphosphate) production increases and cellular metabolism increases. The 633 nm wavelength penetrates between 1 and 2 mm (epidermis, superficial dermis) and the 830 nm wavelength between 2 and 3 mm (deeper dermis). The combination of these two wavelengths allows for action on the skin in its entirety.
The notable effects of photobiomodulation are skin soothing (reduction of inflammation markers), reduction of erythema (redness), improvement of microcirculation, acceleration of cell regeneration, improvement of skin elasticity, increase of collagen synthesis, reduction of wrinkles, etc.
Unprecedented engineering (or exceptional R&D)
Two years of development were necessary to achieve this technological feat.
The ELITE X600 's biomimetic 3D architecture required pushing the boundaries of engineering. Creating a new, ultra-high-density LED array that would be able to follow facial movements without circuit breakage or thermal buildup, and calibrated to 90 degrees (regardless of facial area) was a real challenge.
This required the development of ' a unique, ultra-thin, custom-made, multi-layer printed circuit offering:
• a stable and homogeneous power supply to each transmitter,
• mechanical resilience to repeated twisting,
• controlled heat dissipation that complies with international safety standards.
This system required more than two years of R&D including simulation, prototyping and optical validation in order to meet four simultaneous requirements:
• high optical performance (spectral purity, homogeneity of ' irradiance) ,
• biomorphic flexibility ,
• absolute safety for repeated domestic use
• and professional efficiency.
