Infrared Light 830nm

Reduces inflammation and accelerates cell regeneration

Near-infrared (NIR) light at 830 nanometers is invisible to the naked eye but is one of the most powerful pillars of photobiomodulation. Thanks to its longer wavelength than red light, it penetrates deeper into skin tissues, reaching the deep dermis and even the hypodermis.
At this depth, infrared photons intensely stimulate mitochondrial activity, triggering a cascade of anti-inflammatory and regenerative cellular responses. The main mechanism involves modulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and activation of transcription factors like NF-κB, involved in inflammation regulation.
Proven benefits
- Reduced inflammation — soothes redness and irritation
- Accelerated cell regeneration — promotes tissue renewal
- Improved microcirculation — optimizes nutrient and oxygen supply
- Reduced oxidative stress — protects cells from premature aging
- Deep action — works where visible light cannot reach
Red + infrared synergy
NOOĀNCE has chosen to systematically combine 633 nm and 830 nm wavelengths in its LED masks. This combination allows complementary action: red light stimulates the surface and mid-dermis (collagen, radiance) while infrared acts deeply (inflammation, regeneration). NOOĀNCE clinical studies show a 30% reduction in hydroperoxide levels and a 25% reduction in IL-8 levels, markers of oxidative stress and skin inflammation respectively.
Each NOOĀNCE LED at 830 nm is calibrated with a precision of ±2 nm, ensuring the light energy remains within the optimal therapeutic window for maximum tissue penetration.
